BD Specialist - MandA and Private Equity

The Role You''ll support a wide range of business development initiatives, from preparing winning pitches and credentials to coordinating client targeting campaigns, market research and high-profile events. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, communications, digital and competitive intelligence, you''ll play a key role in raising the profile of the practice and supporting client development activity. Key Responsibilities Prepare tailored pitches, RFP responses, award submissions and credentials. Support client targeting, cross-selling initiatives and strategic business plans. Conduct market, competitor and client research to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate seminars, webinars and client events alongside specialist teams. Maintain CRM and experience management systems, ensuring accurate BD information. Collaborate with teams across PR, marketing, digital and content on integrated campaigns.
