BBUK Healthcare Relationship Director

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance; analyse data such as investment portfolios and cash flow to identify trends and opportunities for additional services.

Research and understand client industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.

Design customised solutions using a range of bank products and services to address client needs and objectives.

Communicate the value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial for both client and bank.

Provide guidance and investment, risk management, and wealth management support; keep clients informed about market trends to maintain a positive relationship.

Assess financial, legal, and operational risks in client relationships and implement measures to minimise potential losses.

Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and auditability; communicate findings to support product development and strategic decisions.

Monitor client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.

Requirements / Qualifications

Business lending experience

Business credit skills

External networking experience

Strong business relationship management skills

Sales experience

Healthcare sector knowledge or experience is highly valued

Experience in managing high-value transactions
