We are seeking a Battery LV Build Technician to join our team in Banbury, supporting the assembly of battery systems for industrial applications. Reporting to the Lead Technician, you will play a key role on the battery assembly line, following established production processes and work instructions to manufacture battery systems to exceptionally high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.Working closely with the Lead Technician, you will help ensure products are delivered in line with agreed production schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance. You will be responsible for completing accurate build documentation, adhering to strict quality standards, and promoting health, safety and environmental best practices throughout the manufacturing area. The role also involves identifying, logging and reporting faults or build issues, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards, and supporting a variety of programmes and business activities as required. The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable and capable of using their initiative to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
