Battery HV Build TechnicianBanbury Manufacturing DepartmentAre you an experienced manufacturing technician with a background in high-voltage systems and battery assembly? We are seeking a Battery HV Build Technician to join our manufacturing team in Banbury, supporting the production of advanced high-voltage battery systems for industrial applications.Reporting to the Lead Technician, you will play a vital role on the battery assembly line, following detailed production processes and work instructions to build high-quality battery systems to exacting standards. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong focus on quality, safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Technician to ensure products are delivered to agreed schedules while supporting the day-to-day activities of the department. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate build documentation, adhering to strict quality standards, promoting health, safety and environmental best practices, and identifying opportunities to improve build, test and assembly processes.
