Safely disassemble LV and HV battery systems using appropriate tools, equipment and procedures. Identify, assess and harvest reusable battery components and modules. Build and assemble battery modules, packs and complete battery systems. Diagnose battery, BMS, electrical, mechanical, thermal and communications faults. Record and retain accurate technical data, test results, component information and repair history. Support root cause analysis, fault finding and structured problem solving. Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs, work instructions, test procedures and technical documentation. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality and Programme teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes. Represent GreenTech professionally when working with customers, partners and other external stakeholders.
