About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused-Bathroom Sales Design Consultant-to help our clients customers create stylish, practical bathroom solutions tailored to their needs. Working from the showroom and visiting customers in their homes, you will manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order confirmation, delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers in the showroom and at home to understand their requirements.
• Design bespoke bathroom solutions and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, specifications, and accurate site surveys.
• Present designs, provide expert product advice, and convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
• Liaise with installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and a smooth handover.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and showroom enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

About You

• Previous experience in bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement sales is desired.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Confident working with customers in their homes.
• Able to carry out accurate surveys and prepare quotations (training provided)
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating business and achieving sales targets.
