Bathroom Sales Design Consultant ( 70k OTE) Hitchin Full-Time 30,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Realistic OTE 70,000 (Uncapped) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Bathroom Sales Design Consultant to help our clients customers create stylish, practical bathroom solutions tailored to their needs. Working from the showroom and visiting customers in their homes, you will manage the sales journey from initial enquiry through to order confirmation, delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Meet customers in the showroom and at home to understand their requirements. Design bespoke bathroom solutions and recommend suitable products. Prepare quotations, specifications, and accurate site surveys. Present designs, provide expert product advice, and convert enquiries into sales. Manage customer relationships from initial enquiry through to order confirmation. Liaise with installation teams to ensure accurate specifications and a smooth handover. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and showroom enquiries. Maintain accurate customer records and consistently deliver excellent customer service. About You Previous experience in bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement sales is desired. Strong sales and customer service skills. Confident working with customers in their homes.
