Bathroom Fitter - Social HousingLocation: Birmingham Rate: 200- 220 per dayThink Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Bathroom Fitter to complete bathroom installations within social housing properties.Key Responsibilities:As a Bathroom Fitter, your duties will include:Remove existing bathroom suites and prepare rooms for installation.Install baths, toilets, basins, showers and associated fittings.Complete plumbing connections, waste pipework and checks for leaks.Undertake associated tiling, sealing and making-good work.Coordinate with other trades and complete snagging.Work considerately in residents'' homes and maintain safe, tidy work areas.Requirements:To be considered for this Bathroom Fitter position, you will need:Previous experience completing bathroom installations.Strong plumbing and associated fitting skills.A valid Blue CSCS Card.Own transport.Good customer service skills; social housing experience is desirable.Interested in this Bathroom Fitter opportunity?
