Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, hot water systems, and drainage. Respond to both emergency callouts and routine maintenance jobs within occupied homes. Diagnose plumbing faults and determine effective, long-lasting repair solutions. Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements. Use PDA or mobile devices to accurately log job details and completion notes.
