You''ll manage the entire sales journey, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on kitchen and bathroom products and design solutions. Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to order completion. Visit customers on-site or in their homes when required to discuss project requirements. Design and coordinate kitchen and bathroom projects tailored to individual needs and budgets. Prepare accurate quotations and proactively follow up to secure sales. Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and recommending complementary products. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
