The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring quality standards are maintained, coordinating plant and equipment maintenance, and leading the site team to deliver a safe and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operation of the batching plant to ensure production targets are met. Oversee the production of materials to meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Coordinate production schedules and deliveries with customers and transport teams.
