Quality Inspection Operatives – Immediate Starts (CV7 / Exhall)
Location: Exhall, Coventry (CV7)
We are recruiting Basic Quality Inspectors to join a busy automotive site in the Exhall area. Great opportunity for long-term, consistent work.
Pay Rates AND Shifts Available (Fixed – NOT rotational):
- Days (6am–2pm): £12.21/h
- Afternoons (2pm–10pm): £12.21/h
- Nights (10pm–6am): £13.50/h
- Saturdays (6am–12pm): £14.00/h
- Basic visual inspection of car parts
- Checking for scratches, marks, defects, and inconsistencies
- Light handling, sorting, and logging components
- Following simple quality instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work at a steady pace
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Immediate starts
- Fixed shifts you can rely on
