About the Role

This permanent Bartender position in London involves working at an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant and cocktail bar near St Katharine Docks (E1). The venue features a curated cocktail list of 30+ drinks, a 25-seat bar, and a 200-cover restaurant serving British cuisine. The role requires joining a bar brigade of four or more, working 45 hours weekly. Bartender requirements:

A highly experienced, passionate and humble Bartender with a proven employment history having worked within reputable guest led operations.
The successful Bartender will ideally have experience working within a similar style operation andndash; fine dining/cocktail venue.
The ideal Bartender will need to be organised, self-motivated and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner).
A Bartender that takes pride in their appearance and has a natural way with both clients and their peers.
