Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
- Operate tills and POS systems accurately.
- Maintain stock levels and keep the bar clean and organised.
- Follow licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures.
- Handle cash and card transactions.
- Support the wider Front of House team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender, Bar Staff, Mixologist, or Bar Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of drinks service and bar operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environments.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
