Your new roleYou will undertake a broad civil advocacy practice, working across a varied caseload generated internally. The role closely mirrors that of a traditional civil barrister, combining court advocacy with advisory and drafting work. Core areas will include: personal injury, clinical negligence and costs litigation. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in advocacy surrounding civil liberties, housing disrepair and consumer claims litigation. Work allocation is carefully managed to ensure a sustainable workload, with appropriate preparation time built into your diary.
