Your new role You will undertake a broad civil advocacy practice, working across a varied caseload generated internally. The role closely mirrors that of a traditional civil barrister, combining court advocacy with advisory and drafting work. Core areas will include: personal injury, clinical negligence and costs litigation. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in advocacy surrounding civil liberties, housing disrepair and consumer claims litigation.
