In house Barrister

Location - Flexible / UK-wide

An established and growing legal practice is seeking an experienced Barrister to join its in-house advocacy team. This is a rare opportunity to transition from the self-employed Bar into a structured, well-supported environment without sacrificing the quality or variety of work.


The role offers a consistent and varied civil caseload with a strong focus on personal injury, alongside other related areas.andnbsp;

You will:



  • Undertake advocacy across a broad range of civil matters
  • Manage your own caseload within a supportive team structure
  • Work closely with solicitors on case strategy and litigation
  • Benefit from a steady pipeline of work, removing the need for business development or reliance on clerking
  • Work will be allocated according to your location and ability to travel where required, ensuring a balanced and sustainable workload

You will need to be :



  • A qualified Barrister (England andamp; Wales)
