Barr Manager

As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bar, ensuring outstanding service standards, efficient operations, and a positive working environment. You will lead by example, remaining visible on the floor and supporting your team during busy service periods.

• Oversee the daily operation of a high-volume bar environment.
• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
• Drive sales and maximise profitability through effective management.
• Ensure all licensing, health & safety and company procedures are followed.

• Proven experience in a Bar Manager role within a busy hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support all areas of the operation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Salary of circa -37,500
