Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage a varied caseload of children and families, undertaking assessments and delivering timely interventions. * Complete Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court work where required. * Undertake statutory visits, risk assessments, and develop outcome-focused care plans. * Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes and safeguard children. * Prepare high-quality reports for court, child protection conferences, strategy meetings, and other statutory forums. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures. * Apply relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures to support effective decision-making.
