What we''re looking for Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy café, 5-star hotel, corporate hospitality venue, or high-volume coffee shop. Confident using traditional/manual espresso machines . Able to produce consistently high-quality coffees at speed. Experience working in high-volume environments , producing 500–1,000+ coffees per day . Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills are an advantage. Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with customers.
