About the Role
Berkeley Scott seeks experienced Baristas for temporary weekday roles across Central London. Working Monday to Friday on daytime shifts, the successful candidate will prepare and serve specialty coffee in cafés, hotels and hospitality venues. Pay ranges from £14.00 to £14.80 per hour, depending on the venue, with holiday pay included. Applicants must demonstrate proven experience in a café, restaurant or hotel setting, confidently operating manual espresso machines. Knowledge of grinding, espresso extraction and milk texturing is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods. Flexible working hours are available, offering regular weekday hospitality assignments throughout Central London.

- Proven Barista experience in a cafandeacute;, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment
- Confident using manual espresso machines
- Knowledge of coffee grinding, espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Positive, professional team player
