Weandrsquo;re currently hiring skilled and passionate baristas to join our team for weekday roles across Central London. If youandrsquo;re experienced with manual coffee machines, love crafting the perfect cup, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you!

andpound;13.00 andndash; andpound;14.00 per hour (depending on venue and experience)
Monday to Friday andndash; daytime shifts

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a barista using manual/espresso machines
• Passion for specialty coffee and a genuine love for hospitality
• Confident working in high-volume and fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of coffee grind, extraction, milk texturing and cleaning procedures
• Excellent customer service skills andndash; friendly, approachable, and professional
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Impeccable attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Able to follow food safety and allergen procedures

Requirements:

• Over 18 years old
• Full smart uniform: white or black shirt, black trousers, black shoes
• Level 2 Food Safety andamp; Allergen Awareness certificates (must-have)
• Available Monday to Friday
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Dialing in and preparing consistently excellent espresso-based drinks
• Managing multiple orders during busy service times
• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
• Assisting with light service duties if required (e.g. setting up or clearing)
• Engaging with guests and ensuring top-tier service
• Communicating clearly with kitchen and service teams
• Following all food safety and health andamp; safety protocols
