Barista and Mixologist

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista and Mocktail Mixologist to craft high-quality coffee beverages and creative non-alcoholic drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a strong understanding of drink preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced caf or hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and teas to high standards Create innovative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and garnishes Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and equipment Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times Handle cash/card transactions accurately Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience as a barista and/or mocktail maker (preferred) Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles Creativity in developing mocktail recipes Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Attention to detail and presentation Team player with a positive attitude Working Conditions: Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Fast-paced caf or restaurant environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract, Permanent Work ..... full job details .....
