Barista & Mixologist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista & Mocktail Mixologist to craft high-quality coffee beverages and creative non-alcoholic drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a strong understanding of drink preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced caf- or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and teas to high standards
• Create innovative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and garnishes
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
• Handle cash/card transactions accurately

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a barista and/or mocktail maker (preferred)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
• Creativity in developing mocktail recipes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and presentation
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Fast-paced caf- or restaurant environment
