You will work under the direction of and assist the Lead Officer - Bargaining Support and Head of Bargaining. You will be responsible for work in support to NEU negotiators at all levels in relation to collective bargaining activities and provide bargaining support to Lead Officers in the Bargaining and Industrial Action Department. You will have knowledge and understanding of issues relating to pay, conditions and collective bargaining in the public sector and of current issues relating to teachers'' and support staff pay and conditions.
