The successful candidate will:Assist with opening and closing the bar, completing relevant checklists and adhering to SOPsCarry out bar mise en placeSupport bartenders in serviceOperate glass wash machines, and ensure glassware is well polished and replenishedReplenish stock before, during and after service, using best stock practises to ensure smooth servicesAssist the Bartenders were necessary to ensure the highest standards of guest serviceEnsure the cellar is stocked and kept clean at all timesAttend briefings, meetings and training sessionsReport low stock, health and safety issues and faulty ..... full job details .....
