The Opportunity:
As they continue to elevate their offering, they are seeking a talented and experienced Bar Supervisor / Front of House professional to join their exceptional team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar and front-of-house operations, ensuring impeccable guest service and smooth workflow
- Lead and support a team of bar and service staff, fostering a positive and professional team culture
- Deliver a warm, polished, and personalised guest experience from arrival to departure
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control in collaboration with management
- Assist with staff training, rotas, and performance feedback
- Handle guest queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Support the wider F&B and events team during busy periods or private functions
About You:
- A minimum of 2-3 years'' experience in a similar supervisory or front-of-house role in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- A true passion for hospitality, presentation, and providing exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mind-set
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of premium drinks, wine service, and cocktail preparation is a strong advantage
