Bar, Restaurant and Events ManagerWe re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and customer-focused Bar, Restaurant and Events Manager to join our client''s team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of their hospitality operation.This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, loves creating great customer experiences and is confident leading a team. You ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the bar, restaurant and events, helping us deliver everything from relaxed dining and drinks to weddings, private parties and corporate functions.The RoleYou ll be responsible for: Managing the daily bar and restaurant operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service.Planning and delivering weddings, private functions, parties, corporate events and special occasions.Being the main point of contact for event customers, from their initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of their event.Leading, training and supporting the hospitality team, including staff rotas and performance.Managing the cellar and beverage operation, including ordering, deliveries, stock control, rotation and wastage.Monitoring sales, costs and profitability, with a focus on identifying opportunities to grow revenue.Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, health and safety and licensing compliance.Dealing confidently and professionally with customer feedback and complaints.Supporting promotions, event marketing and wider business ..... full job details .....
