Key elements of your role as a Bar Manager:Adhere to all legal requirements regarding weights and measures, licensing laws, health, and safety as well as fire procedures, ensuring these are always adhered to .Welcoming customers, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and serving exquisite drinks that delight our guests.Support the implementation of revenue-generating initiatives and follow budgeted sales targets.Assisted in staff training and liaised with senior management to develop key team members.Guide, coach, and support staff during service to develop teamwork and ensure the standard of service is always exceptional.

About you:You have at least 2 years experience in this roleYou are skilled in preparing cocktails and spirits to high standardsYou love to wow guests with exceptional serviceYou have excellent English language skillsYou are friendly and professional with plenty of charisma and flair
