Premium Gastro Pub Berkshire Salary: £40,000 + Tronc An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bar Manager to join a highly regarded, premium food-led pub and restaurant with rooms in Berkshire. This is a destination-led establishment with a strong reputation for quality food, excellent drinks and genuinely high standards of hospitality. The business is chef-led and places a strong emphasis on quality, consistency and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Bar Manager who is passionate about drinks and hospitality and who understands what it takes to operate a busy, high-quality bar within a premium environment. The role Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bar Lead, motivate and develop the bar team Maintain consistently high standards of service and hospitality Drive drinks sales and maximise revenue Oversee ordering, stock control, GP and wastage Develop and maintain an interesting and commercially successful drinks offering Work closely with the senior management and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience Support the wider operation and lead by example on the floor Help develop and maintain the reputation of the business as a leading destination for food, drink and hospitality The ideal candidate Previous experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bartender Experience within a premium gastro pub, high-end restaurant or Michelin/Rosette environment Strong ..... full job details .....
