With a reservation-only service, weve already established a reputation for exclusivity and high-profile clientele.We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager with strong mixology expertise to lead our team and play a central role in shaping Teahouse into one of Chelseas leading cocktail destinations. This is a hands-on leadership position with scope to create something lasting.Key Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and polished service delivery.

Train, supervise, and inspire a small bar team to deliver consistently high standards.

Develop and maintain cocktail menus that combine innovation with classic craftsmanship.

Manage stock, suppliers, and ordering while maintaining cost control and profitability.

Oversee reservations and private hire events

Ensure full compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene standards.

Deliver discreet, exceptional service to high-profile clientele.

Stay on top of industry trends, introducing new products and techniques.

Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and guest experience strategy.

What Were Looking For

Minimum 5+ years experience in bar management or senior bartender roles in high-end cocktail or luxury hospitality venues.

Expert knowledge of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate a small team.

Financial acumen: stock control, GP management, and budgeting.

Highly guest-focused, discreet, and confident with high-profile clientele.

Organised, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.

PreferredMixology or bartending certification.

Experience in boutique or luxury bar settings.

Knowledge of international spirits and premium suppliers.
