Train and support the team to keep standards high and confidence strong
Oversee rotas, stock, and ordering with care and efficiency
Help build a positive, supportive culture for both guests and staff
What were looking for:Bar management experience in quality-led, fast-paced settings
Calm, structured leadership with a focus on people
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and draught
