We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage programme and bar team.The RoleAs Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations within La Maison Ani, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and a beverage offering that reflects our brand ethos. You will manage day-to-day bar routines, inspire and develop the team, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality service. Working closely with senior management, the Bar Manager will play a key role in driving sales, maximising profitability, and maintaining operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the bar team to consistently deliver high standards of service.Maintain cost control, stock rotation, and accurate inventory management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.Curate innovative, trend-led cocktail menus in line with La Maison Anis concept (seasonally updated).Oversee daily bar operations including setup, service, deliveries, stock checks, and reporting.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training.Collaborate with senior management to achieve sales and margin targets.Drive bar presentation and atmosphere, ensuring both functionality and visual appeal.Produce regular reports on sales, performance, and bar operations.Organise and lead team meetings, training sessions, and masterclasses.What Were Looking ForPrevious experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leadership role in a premium or high-volume hospitality venue.Strong mixology and beverage knowledge, with a passion for innovation and current trends.Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a diverse team.Strong financial acumen with experience in stock control, rota planning, and cost management.Excellent organisational and communication skills.A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?At La Maison Ani, youll be part of a forward-thinking hospitality group that values creativity, teamwork, and progression.
