Iconic Wine Bar and Restaurant , based in a

Prime Central Cheltenham

location, is looking for a Talented, Knowledgeable and Dynamic

Bar Manager

to join the team.

- Winner of

since opening, were looking for a Bar Manager who shares the same level of energy, drive and ambition when it comes to maintaining its reputation as one of the

Premier Hospitality Venues

in the South-West! Someone who can really capture guests imaginations and bring the theatre across the Bar!

- As Bar Manager,

youll have a degree of autonomy to run the beverage operation and influence revenue strategy, working closely on a daily basis alongside the General Manager.

- The successful Bar Manager will ideally have previously worked as part of a

High-Quality Beverage Operation

and be comfortable producing different styles of cocktails, possessing strong beer, spirit and wine knowledge also.

- With an enthusiastic team in place, its essential that a Bar Manager here takes a hands-on approach with them and is passionate about their training and development.
