This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys working in a busy, lively environment and has a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, developing teams and maintaining high standards. About the Role Our client is a vibrant and busy hospitality venue in the heart of Leamington Spa, offering craft beers brewed on-site, cocktails, food, live music, private events and a busy heated garden marquee. With live music every weekend and late-night opening on Fridays and Saturdays, this is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As Bar Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the bar. You will be a visible and hands-on leader, supporting the team during busy services while ensuring excellent standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue Take responsibility for the bar operation and ensure consistently high standards Lead, motivate and manage the bar and front-of-house team Organise staff rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels Open and close the venue when required Train, coach and develop new and existing team members Deliver excellent customer service at all times Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and ..... full job details .....
