Bar Manager - Destination Venue - New Opening

Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with an independent destination venue for an exciting new opening in the Bakewell area. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee two bars and help deliver a distinctive cocktail experience in the Peak District.

Your role:

• Oversee the day-to-day bar operations across two outlets




• Collaborate with the senior management team




• Manage stock control and ordering processes




• Support team training and development
