What You''ll Be Doing:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, dynamic bar with confidence and flair
- Managing, training, and motivating a talented team to deliver outstanding service
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, rotas, and compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
- Creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring customers receive a warm Donegal welcome every time
- Working with senior management to develop promotional strategies, events, and seasonal offerings
- Keeping a close eye on budgets, margins, and costs to drive profitability

- Proven experience in a similar management role within the bar or hospitality sector
