The Role :

- Lead and inspire a high-performing bar team, ensuring flawless service and top-tier mixology.

- Craft and manage innovative cocktail menus, working with premium spirits and seasonal ingredients.

- Maintain inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to maximise profitability.

- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the broader management team to drive revenue and enhance the venues reputation.

Youll Bring :

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.

- Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and winecertifications (e.g., WSET, mixology courses) a plus.

- Strong leadership, training, and team development skills.

- A passion for hospitality and an eye for luxury experiences.

- Financial acumenability to manage budgets, pricing, and profitability.
