Job Purpose: We''re looking for a friendly and motivated Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Basil''s Bar. Role and Responsibilities: Members: Build relationships with members, address their feedback, and ensure a personalised and friendly experience. Handle complaints and follow up with relevant manager Customer Service - Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, handle queries, and ensure cleanliness and compliance. People: Team Leadership - Train, support, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service. Communication and Reporting - Provide shift reports, update management, and liaise with event organisers. Conduct performance Management reviews with Bar Manager Operations: Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring all policies are followed.
