REED Business Support in Bath is partnering with one it''s long standing clients in their search for a Temporary Bar Assistant to work in and manage the bar and restaurant area of the business. Temporary Start date: 7th September, initially for 2 weeks but could be longer - to cover sickness) £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) Shift work - latest will be an 11pm finish Car owner ideal Purpose of the Role: This role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and drink in fast paced and busy environment. Main Responsibilities: Service Delivery: Oversee the smooth operation of food and drinks services, ensuring they meet the needs and comply with hygiene standards. Team Leadership: Supervise the café kitchen operations, manage stock and inventory, and lead the team in maintaining excellent service and cleanliness standards. Event Co-ordination: Collaborate on the development and execution of food-related events and catered offerings for internal and external clients. Compliance and Training: Ensure all operations adhere to legal, health, and safety standards. Customer Relations: Manage customer interactions, handle complaints effectively, and maintain the business''s reputation for quality service. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in hospitality or food service management, preferably in an educational setting.
