Peckham Palais , a 1,500-capacity cultural destination opening in early 2026.To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a talented and proactive Operations Managerto join our team. This is a senior role that sits at the heart of our business and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and has a sharp eye for both detail and systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations:

Manage and monitor all aspects of venue security, ensuring our guests, staff, artists and buildings are kept safe and secure.Compliance:

Ensure adherence to licensing, fire, building, food safety, and other applicable HandS regulations. Maintain accurate records and policies (e.g. PAT testing, HACCP, fire drills, risk assessments).Purchasing and Inventory:

Oversee stock counts, supplier management, and invoice approvals. Ensure accurate three-way matching and cost reporting in collaboration with finance.HR and Training:

Manage hiring workflows, contracts, right to work checks, timesheets, and payroll support. Maintain training records for compliance (e.g. first aid, fire safety, HandS).Facilities Management:

Coordinate repairs, maintenance, pest control, and waste management. Maintain contractor logs and service records.Tech and Systems:
