Banksman Slinger

We are currently seeking a qualified Banksman to provide holiday cover on a busy social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding vehicles and machinery on-site, ensuring safe operations in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Banksman:

• Directing the movement of vehicles and plant on site
• Ensuring pedestrian safety during vehicle operations
• Assisting in loading/unloading materials and deliveries
• Communicating clearly with drivers and machinery operators
• Supporting site safety protocols and procedures

Requirements of the Banksman:

• Valid CSCS card
• CPCS or Accredited Banksman / Slinger Signaller Course
• Valid Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or IATP) certification
• Previous experience on social housing or construction sites
• Strong understanding of on-site health & safety practices
