Position: Banksman Location: Market Drayton Rate: -18.00 per hour Start date: 19th October Initial duration: 20 weeks Potential duration: Up to 2 years, subject to the project continuing Role and Responsibilities The successful candidates will be required to: Safely marshal and guide vehicles and plant around the site. Direct reversing and manoeuvring vehicles using agreed hand signals and communication methods. Ensure pedestrians and other site personnel remain safely separated from moving vehicles and plant. Control vehicle movements in and around the work area. Communicate effectively with drivers, plant operators and the site team. Assist with maintaining a safe and controlled site environment. Follow all site safety procedures, RAMS and instructions from site management. Carry out general banksman duties as required by the project.
