Your key responsibilities will include:Public Safety: Maintaining a constant watching brief to manage public pedestrians in proximity to ongoing construction works.Traffic Management: Conducting Banksman duties to manage all car and vehicle movements in and around the site.Access Control: Managing access to the car park, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles are on-site.Site Management: Placing and maintaining all traffic management equipment and signage.General Duties: Providing general labouring support as required.Communication: Liaising directly with sub-contractor supervision and site management to ensure all operations run smoothly and safely.Requirements: We need someone who is:Experienced: Proven experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall on a construction site.Safety Conscious: Has a strong understanding of site safety and a proactive approach to ..... full job details .....
