Working for a reputable contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe movement of vehicles, plant, and personnel around site while maintaining high health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Safely guide and direct site traffic, delivery vehicles, and mobile plant. Maintain clear communication with drivers and plant operators using recognised hand signals and/or radio communication. Ensure pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained at all times. Coordinate site deliveries and manage access and egress points. Assist with site logistics and support the site management team. Monitor site traffic movements and report any hazards or safety concerns. Ensure all work is carried out in line with site health and safety procedures. Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification. Valid CSCS Card . Previous experience working as a Banksman on construction or civil engineering projects.
