BANKSMAN REQUIRED - JOIN OUR TEAM

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Banksman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in maintaining high safety standards on site.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:30
• Includes two 30-minute breaks

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing vehicle and plant movement safely on site
• Confidently managing and instructing drivers
• Controlling multiple crossing areas efficiently
• Communicating clearly via radio with site teams and operators
• Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and workers at all times
• Monitoring site traffic and maintaining a secure working environment
• Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification
• Strong awareness of site safety procedures
• Ability to confidently manage and direct drivers
• Good understanding of radio communication and instructions
• Must speak clear and effective English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay alert and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
