This is an opportunity for an experienced independent consultant to lead a transformation assessment focused on improving operational efficiency, redesigning processes and identifying automation opportunities. The engagement will initially focus on client onboarding, transaction monitoring and technology functions, with the objective of understanding current operating models, identifying inefficiencies and recommending a future-state approach.
