35 hoursTo be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:have Mandarin to native levelhave Mortgage related experienceare happy to work in GlasgowOverviewYour new role involves handling customer inquiries, implementing contact strategies, identifying sales opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service in a mortgage-focused environment.What You''ll Be DoingBe responsible for customer inquiriesImplement customer contact strategyIdentify potential opportunities of sales and implement marketing strategiesDevelop long term relationships with customersAssist in ongoing CDD reviewConduct and maintain KYC compliance requirementsUpdate and maintain accurate client/credit filesAssist and conduct overall structured sales interviews, identify customer needs and ensure customers are offered products and services to suit their requirementsProvide excellent customer serviceProcess new accounts and mortgage applications, closure of accounts, change of customers'' informationMaintain customer relationship and cross-selling relevant products and servicesPromote the Bank''s products in the target local business and commercial marketsSupport with MI reporting and KPI tracking related workEnsure all activities meet the Bank''s internal policies, procedures, and other regulatory and mandatory requirements at all timesSupport with system testing and maintenanceAct as coordinator for projects with the second line of defence (2LoD) and third line of defence (3LoD)Required QualificationsDegree educated in Finance, Economics or AccountingCeMAP Qualification is requiredExperience in Marketing or Banking is preferredKnowledge of Retail Banking Products and processes is preferredCommercial awarenessGood problem solving skillsGood analytical skillsAttention to detailsHighly organisedProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Team playerExcellent English and Mandarin communication skillsAdditionalPlease note that we can only consider candidates who are eligible to work in the UK and are able to provide relevant supporting documentation.
