The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including lenders, borrowers and corporate clients, on a broad range of banking and finance matters. The caseload will include corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, refinancing transactions, security documentation and general banking work. Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE in Banking and Finance. Experience managing banking and finance transactions independently.
