Banking and Finance Principal Associate

We have a fantastic opportunity for an English law qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE experience to join our expanding Real Estate Finance practice in London as a Principal Associate.We are looking for an experienced lender/creditor side lawyer whose current role sees them readily drafting and negotiating LMA based real estate facility agreements (investment and development) across a wide spectrum of asset classes in not only the domestic market but also key European markets and has demonstrable excellent deal management skills, as well as advising agents, security agents, servicers and cash managers on a wide variety on REF backed financing transactions including direct lending, back leverage and securitisation structures.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate financing across a variety of sectors and spanning both development and investment work.
